Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley Nocera has not spoken about her family members However, she has credited her grandfather with inciting her enthusiasm for working out. She was an athlete when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was just of 4 and has continued this for over 10 years. While she participated in several events, Ashley was never determined enough to adhere to a diet that would allow her body to function at its best. When she was in high school her popularity grew due to appearance and physique. It isn't clear if she have had a relationship with anyone during this time. Ashley did not decide to go to school after graduation and instead focused on her modelling career as a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years old when she began to be unhappy about her physical appearance. Inspired by her grandfather, she began going to the gym, but she took his suggestions and started slow. She didn't realize she was about to spend the next nine years shaping her body and gradually becoming a fitness model. Ashley's win inspired her to enter at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and was a bit disappointed that she had been an undeserved loss. The result caused Ashley train harder. Ashley took part in the WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished fifth. When this event was completed, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. She was receiving offers for photos while participating, however she didn't want to mix her careers however when she stopped competing she decided to turn into an exercise model. Her photo was published on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine that instantly launched her career of being a fitness model when she got to sign with a modelling agency. She has gained a lot of attention as a model. She posed for many clothes and bikinis companies.
